Over 30 years ago, prominent local artist Alfred Engel convinced members of The Rotary Club of Victor Harbor to hold an art show as a fundraiser for the Rotary Club’s community and international philanthropy. That art show was held outdoors on the lawns displaying 400 paintings..
Since then, the Art Show has developed … and grown.
